New Member Privacy & Data-Sharing Options on AGCRA.com

AGCRA remains committed to protecting the privacy of our members while ensuring you receive the full value of your membership benefits. As part of ongoing improvements to AGCRA.com, we have introduced new data-sharing options that give members greater control over how their information is used within the Association and with trusted partner organizations.

As a reminder, AGCRA membership includes Association of the United States Army (AUSA) membership benefits. To better support those benefits—and strengthen collaboration across the Army HR community—members now have access to two optional data-sharing preferences within their AGCRA profile:

• Share My Contact Details With Chapter Members
This option allows your local AGCRA Chapter leadership and fellow members to view your basic contact information. Enabling this setting helps chapters communicate more effectively about events, meetings, and engagement opportunities.

• Opt In to Partner Data Sharing
This option allows AGCRA to share your contact information with partner organizations, such as AUSA, so they can provide the benefits and resources included with your membership. Opting in will automatically activate your AUSA membership.

Both settings are entirely optional and can be updated at any time by logging into your member profile at www.agcra.com and following the step-by-step instructions provided in the attached graphics.
