The Adjutant General’s Corps Regimental Association (AGCRA) is proud to announce the release of our updated scholarship opportunities for this year. We are excited to share both enhancements to our longstanding scholarship program and the introduction of a new partnership scholarship.

AGCRA Scholarship Program – Updated Awards

Our traditional AGCRA Scholarship Program has been updated to expand its impact and provide greater support to our members and their families. Award amounts have increased and will now be distributed as follows:

• One (1) award of $5,000
• Two (2) awards of $2,500
• Three (3) awards of $1,000
• These scholarship dollar amounts will be distributed to winning candidates only if they meet the scoring criteria of this year's AGCRA Scholarship Board per the Program MOI.

Additionally, recipients from last year who were awarded a $1,000 scholarship remain eligible to revalidate for a second-year $1,000 scholarship under the 2025 Program.

NEW: CSU Monje/Murphy Scholarship

We are also proud to introduce the CSU Monje-Murphy Scholarship, established through a partnership between AGCRA and Columbia Southern University (CSU).

This scholarship provides an incredible opportunity for AGCRA members and their authorized dependents or grandchildren who have been accepted to attend CSU. One deserving recipient will be awarded a 60-credit scholarship to support their academic journey.

This scholarship is named in honor of COL (Ret) Larry (Nick) Monje and COL (Ret) Robert (Bob) T. Murphy, whose dedication and contributions have been instrumental in the success of the AGCRA Scholarship Program.

Now Available

All scholarship materials, including the Memorandum of Instruction (MOI), are now available HERE. We encourage all eligible members and families to review the requirements and submit their applications.

The scholarship application deadline for both Scholarship Programs has been extended to May 30th, 2026.
