AGCRA Anne Arundel Chapter Hosts Successful Mentorship Panel

On 27 February 2026, the AGCRA Anne Arundel Chapter hosted its mentorship panel, “Leading People, Shaping Careers,” bringing together more than 80 participants both in person and virtually for an engaging discussion focused on leadership, mentorship, and professional development within the Human Resources community.

The panel featured a distinguished group of leaders representing diverse perspectives across the force:

  • DoD Civilian: GG-15 Ms. Noelle Davis
  • Army Reserve: LTC Tunesha Phipps
  • Active Duty Warrant Officer: CW5 Robert Wolfe
  • Active Duty Senior Enlisted: SGM Kenyatta Gaskins
  • Retiree: CSM (Ret) Brian Sanders

Their collective experiences fostered meaningful dialogue that resonated with attendees at every stage of their professional journey.

The event was further strengthened by the presence of AGCRA President Dr. Mark Clark, NEC Vice President of Membership CW4 Pickney, leadership from the Potomac Chapter, and senior leaders from Fort Meade, Maryland, reinforcing the strong connection and collaboration across the AG community.

A highlight of the event was the recognition of MAJ Scales, CW2 Dukes, and SSG Ness, who were awarded the COL R. L. Manning Achievement Medal in recognition of their outstanding service and lasting contributions to the Adjutant General’s Corps.

The mentorship panel demonstrated the Anne Arundel Chapter’s continued commitment to leader development, professional mentorship, and strengthening the AG Corps community.
