AGCRA Launches Young Leader Advisory Board (YLAB)

Dear AGCRA Members,

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Young Leader Advisory Board (YLAB), a committee under the AGCRA Vice President of Programs. YLAB’s mission is to empower the voice of young members, provide feedback to AGCRA leadership, and design innovative programs that drive participation across our Association.

What YLAB will do

Elevate the voice and perspective of young AGCRA members

Co-design innovative programs and events that boost participation

Provide direct feedback to AGCRA leadership on what’s working—and what’s next

Who should join?

Young AGCRA members, to include DA Civilians, who are eager to lead and innovate

Chapter representatives who want to amplify young voices

Creative problem-solvers who enjoy building programs and community

How you’ll contribute

Join periodic virtual working sessions

Share insights from your AG organization, chapter, and peers

Help shape Corps-wide initiatives that matter to young members
