The New AGCRA Mentorship Program - Phase 1 - Mentor Application Process

The New AGCRA Mentorship Program - Phase 1 - Mentor Application Process

AGCRA Members,

Association membership has its privileges, and our members previously told us that a Mentorship Program was important to them. Hence, we are excited to announce that Phase 1 (see "PHASED GUIDANCE" below) of the new AGCRA Mentorship Program is now live on AGCRA.com.

The AGCRA Mentorship Program is a new initiative designed to connect AGs (Soldiers, DA Civilians, Army Musicians, including MEPS & Recruiting / Retention personnel) with experienced Mentors who can provide invaluable career guidance, support, and insights.

Whether you're a current member of the AG Corps, Retired, a Veteran, or currently working in an Army Human Resources or Army Band role, our program offers you a unique and privileged opportunity to benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience of our Mentors.

PHASED GUIDANCE - Phase 1 of our Mentorship Program solely consists of accepting Mentor applications and building our database of participating Mentors. Once our Mentor database is operational, Phase 2 will open to Mentees searching for a Mentor who can help meet their Army career goals.

INTERESTED MENTORS - On the AGCRA home page (see the next graphic below), click the "Mentorship" link in the upper right corner of the page to read about our program and apply to become an AGCRA Mentor.

Mentees - Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently soliciting and collecting mentor resumes to share with you.  Once we've completed this process, we will make an Association-wide announcement and ask you to sign up to find a mentor who can help you reach your full potential. Whether you're looking to advance within the AG Corps or transition to a civilian role, our mentors will guide you every step of the way.  THE AGCRA MENTOR SEARCH TOOL IS FORTHCOMING - DETAILS TO FOLLOW...
