Building Readiness Through People: The Sun City Chapter in Action
This quarter, the Sun City Chapter proved that investing in people is the most powerful way to strengthen the profession. From mentorship to recognition to education, every initiative reinforced readiness starts with the leaders we develop.

Alongside a remarkable team, the chapter continues creating spaces where leaders and HR professionals connect and grow. Our monthly Coffee & Conversations engagements have drawn professionals from multiple organizations across the installation to exchange ideas on leadership, career progression, and how we can be more impactful in our roles.

We proudly recognized leaders whose service strengthens the Corps, presenting the COL Robert L. Manning Medal to outstanding professionals committed to the legacy of the AG Corps, a reminder that excellence deserves to be seen and celebrated.
Through our dynamic presentation with Dr. Mark Anthony Clark Jr. and Columbia Southern University, the chapter helped expand educational opportunities for Soldiers and their Families, reinforcing that continuous learning is the foundation of professional excellence.

The chapter also hosted a standout event that brought together leaders and HR professionals from across the Corps for meaningful connection and leader development. A heartfelt thank you to CW5 Charmaine Hilliard, CW5 Eureka Powell-Price, and CW5 Danyel Thompson as their mentorship and unwavering engagement showed exactly what investing in others looks like and set the standard for our community. That same spirit of investment defines this chapter's mission: developing the next generation of AG Professionals who will carry it forward.
