Meet the New AGCRA NEC Programs Team

We are thrilled to officially introduce the newly appointed AGCRA NEC Programs Team, who will head our initiatives for Scholarship, Mentorship, and the Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB). These professionals bring a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to serving our AGCRA community.
Together, they will lead the charge in developing and expanding meaningful opportunities that support professional growth, leadership development, and lifelong learning for our members.

Serving from the Potomac Chapter in Washington, D.C., Angela began her military journey in the Army National Guard and transitioned to the U.S. Army Reserve, proudly serving for over 21 years. She remains committed to mentoring and empowering others throughout their careers. Passionate about building impactful, inclusive programs, Angela leads key initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and connection across the AG Corps. As Chair of the Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB), she amplifies the voices of junior AG professionals, bringing fresh ideas and bold solutions to the forefront while bridging the gap between emerging leaders and senior mentors.

Major Krizia C. Webster-Gaither, representing the Carolina Chapter and a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, began her military career as an enlisted Soldier before commissioning into the Adjutant General Corps upon graduating from North Carolina A&T State University in 2010. She has proudly served in the United States Army Reserve for 18 years and has been part of the Active Guard Reserve (AGR) program since 2017. Throughout her career, she has held key positions including Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Company Commander, G-1 Mobilization Officer, Battalion S-1, and Instructor at the SSI AG School. She currently serves as the G-1 Division Chief for the Regional Personnel Service Center at the 81st Readiness Division, Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

Representing the LoneStar Chapter at Fort Hood, TX, SFC Payne brings 12 years of active-duty experience and a deep passion for leadership and mentorship. Known for his commitment to professional growth and peer development, he is excited to lead a revitalized mentorship program focused on connecting seasoned professionals with emerging leaders. Through structured guidance, meaningful career conversations, and a strong sense of community, he aims to help members thrive at every stage of their careers
