Iron Mike Right Arm Night: A Smashing Success in Soldier Support, Community Partnership, and Recognition
AG Right Arm Night proved to be a tremendous success as AG professionals from XVIII Airborne Corps G-1, HHBn S-1, the 18th HR Company, and the 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command gathered on 25 November 2025 at Two Two Six The Warehouse—the headquarters of the AGCRA Iron Mike Chapter. The event brought together Soldiers, community partners, and support agencies to strengthen relationships, share resources, and celebrate the excellence within our ranks.
Recognizing Excellence
The evening featured several well-deserved awards and honors that highlighted the remarkable achievements of our AG Corps professionals:
SGM Shauna Addison received the MG Horatio Gates Bronze Medal for her extraordinary service and unwavering commitment to the objectives of both the AG Corps and AGCRA. Her leadership as XVIII ABN Corps G-1 SGM set the standard for collaboration, Soldier support, and chapter engagement. We celebrate her continued impact as she transitions into her new role as FORSCOM/Western Hemisphere Command G-1 SGM.
SSG David Paynter was awarded the COL Robert L. Manning Achievement Medal for his outstanding support to the AG Corps and AGCRA, as well as his consistent demonstration of exceptional leadership. Both current and former leaders praised his professionalism and example as an NCO.
SGM Eva Commons and SGM Asheigh Sykes received their AGCRA Life Member Certificates and Lapel Pins, recognizing years of dedicated service and influence. Their contributions to Soldiers, leaders, and the AG community reflect a legacy of selflessness and excellence.

Community Service in Action
The Holy Holidays initiative—a collaborative effort among the Iron Mike Chapter, Women on Fire for God, and Second Chance Services—was another highlight of the evening. Soldiers donated generously, contributing items that will provide warmth, comfort, and hope to families in need throughout the local community. The overwhelming response truly embodied the spirit of service that defines the AG Corps.
Strengthening Partnerships Through Education & Resources
The event also showcased the value of community partnerships. Representatives from:
Association of the United States Army (AUSA)
Sergeant Audie Murphy Club
Special Operations Recruiting Battalion (SORB)
First Command
Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6018
shared insights on their organizational missions, benefits, and programs. Their presence allowed Soldiers to engage one-on-one, ask questions, and learn more about professional development opportunities, resources, and avenues of support. We look forward to expanding this collaborative effort to better serve Soldiers, Civilians, Families, Veterans, and the broader community.
Food, Fellowship, and Fun
No Iron Mike Chapter event would be complete without great food and camaraderie. Attendees enjoyed outstanding cuisine from two of Fayetteville’s top food trucks—Kwon’s Kitchen and A+ Comfort Foods—while participating in raffles, enjoying chapter swag, and building connections through games and conversation.

Growing the Team
The chapter proudly welcomed two new members—SGT Nelson Coronado and SGT Keldra Smith of the 18th HR Company. Their addition strengthens our influence, impact, and the continued growth of AGCRA as we build the future of the AG Corps and our Army.
