Gold Vault Chapter Hosts HR Power Hour with NEC Leadership
On November 7, 2025, the AGCRA Gold Vault Chapter hosted an engaging HR Power Hour Leader Professional Development (LPD) session featuring AGCRA National Executive Council (NEC) President, Dr. Mark Clark and Vice President Dave Betancourt.
During the event, Dr. Clark shared updates on the Association’s current focuses and goals, highlighting efforts to strengthen member engagement across all chapters. A key topic of discussion was the introduction of a new AGCRA initiative, the Youth Leader Advisory Board (YLAB). Dr. Clark emphasized the importance of deliberately addressing the needs of all AGCRA members, particularly the younger generation. He noted that the goal is to establish a YLAB team at every chapter across the Army and to include permanent YLAB council members in the AGCRA structure.
In recognition of outstanding contributions, several members were presented with the newly designed AGCRA Coin. SGT Liberty Barnett was also awarded the Manning Achievement Medal for her exceptional dedication and leadership.
Reflecting on the event, SGT Barnett shared, “I think AGCRA and the YLAB is an amazing opportunity for younger Soldiers to get involved and help grow others in the profession and their personal life as well. The point brought up today about reaching younger folks through social media and things of that nature will reach the crowd in a positive way.”
The Gold Vault Chapter continues to demonstrate excellence in professional development and community engagement, aligning with AGCRA’s mission to advance the Adjutant General Corps community across the Army.
