COHORT W, the official podcast of the Warrant Officer Historical Foundation (WOHF), continues to spotlight the voices, experiences, and leadership of Warrant Officers across the U.S. Army. This past season was hosted by CW4 Jessie Morlan, he explored the evolving role of WO PME all while preserving and sharing the history of the Warrant Officer Cohort.

In the first episode, students of the Adjutant General Warrant Officer Basic Course (AG WOBC) provide candid reflections on their training experience, professional growth, and readiness to support the force in an increasingly complex HR and warfighting environment. In the second episode, CW2 Josh Ricker, AG WOBC Instructor/Writer, shares his perspective on the future of Professional Military Education, the realities of LSCO, and how the Warrant Officer Cohort must evolve to meet the Army’s demands.
