Carolina Chapter Strengthens Community and Connection Through Service and Engagement
On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the Carolina Chapter demonstrated the true meaning of community as 27 dedicated volunteers gathered at Harvest Hope Food Bank from 1100–1330. Their shared time, energy, and compassion created a powerful reminder of how collective action can uplift families across the region. This effort was about more than meeting an immediate need—it showcased the bonds that hold our community together and the hope that grows when people choose to serve.
Through teamwork and determination, volunteers successfully bagged 560 food kits for local residents. Their collaboration and willingness to step forward reflected the very best of who we are as a chapter. The commitment shown by each participant helped build a stronger, more caring environment for all, and reinforced that meaningful service is a testament to the power of solidarity.
The spirit of connection continued the day prior at the Carolina Chapter General Membership Meeting, held on Monday, November 17, 2025. The room was filled with a vibrant mix of long-standing AGCRA members and newly arrived personnel to Fort Jackson. The atmosphere was energetic—fueled by a shared dedication to professional growth, networking, and supporting the Adjutant General Corps community.
A major highlight of the meeting was an inspiring message from Chapter President, LTC Krisi Crampton, who spoke about why she joined the AGCRA early in her career and how the association has influenced her development as a leader. Her remarks set the tone for a meaningful discussion, which was reinforced by the Executive Board as they shared their own motivations and perspectives on serving within the chapter.
Both events served as powerful reminders of what makes the Carolina Chapter exceptional—service, camaraderie, and a commitment to developing AG professionals at every stage of their career. For those looking to get involved, support the mission, or build meaningful connections across the region, the Carolina Chapter remains an outstanding place to start.
