AGCRA Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB)

AGCRA Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB)

AGCRA is seeking to form a Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB).

The purpose of the YLAB is to give junior AG Corps cohorts, who are in the early stages of their Army careers, a greater voice and impact on what AGCRA can do for them.

The YLAB's role would focus on representing younger AG Corps members' interests, challenges, and perspectives. The YLAB would also lead initiatives and work with the AGCRA National Executive Council (NEC) to create professional development and networking opportunities targeted for emerging leaders.

The YLAB is looking for junior AG Corps Soldiers and DA Civilians to serve on the Board in the following grades:

  • O1 - O2
  • WO1 - CW2
  • PVT - SSG
  • DA Civilians, GS-07 and Below, or Equivalent

AGCRA will also offer a gift membership for any YLAB volunteer who is not already an active member. And, YLAB volunteers who are already active AGCRA members will have their membership extended by one year.

Our POC for YLAB volunteers are:

* CW2 Angela Barthelemy (Primary), angela.barthelemy@gmail.com

* CW4 Alexander Pinckney (Secondary), NEC VP, Membership, alexander.pinckney@agcra.com
