AGCRA Sun City Chapter - AG Corps Mentorship Session, 10 March 2025

Fort Bliss Team AG,
Many thanks for those of you who were able to attend the March 10th, 2025, Fort Bliss AG Corps mentorship session. And, a special thank you to COL (Ret) Rob Manning, AGCRA President, for sharing his wisdom and reinforcing the importance of unity within the AG Corps.

His key points served as a powerful reminder of our role and responsibilities:
- Soldier Care — is at the heart of what we do as AG professionals, and we spearhead it through Army human resources, recruiting, retention, and music.
- Recognition Matters — we must take the time to acknowledge our Soldiers and HR Civilians for their contributions to our units and the AG Corps as a whole.
- Adaptability is Key — the Army is ever-evolving, and we must be ready to meet the challenges ahead as a unified Corps.
- Unity Strengthens Us — as AG professionals, we must come together, and organizations like AGCRA provide pathways to foster that connection.
- Cultivating Lasting Relationships is Essential — we grow stronger when we share knowledge, experiences, and mentorship with one another.
It was especially meaningful to hold this event at the Gooding Instructional Facility on Fort Bliss, named after 1SG Lykisha T. Gooding, an AG Soldier whose legacy continues to inspire our Corps. Her dedication to excellence and service reflects our values as AG professionals.

The overall message of our mentorship session was clear — We are stronger as an AG Corps when we come together to build each other up — both professionally and personally.
Thank you again for participating in this mentorship session. Let’s continue the conversation, support one another, and strengthen our Corps together.
Very Respectfully,
Paola M. Delarosa-Lloret
