AGCRA Iron Mike Chapter Soldier Support Branch Airborne Operation

AGCRA Iron Mike Chapter Soldier Support Branch Airborne Operation

On 29 August 2024, the AGCRA Iron Mike Chapter partnered with USASOC Jumpmasters, primarily facilitated by the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) (1SFC(A)) G1 and G3 Air, to conduct a Soldier Support Branch Airborne Operation.

The operation included paratroopers from CMFs 42, 420, 36, 27, 56, 36, and 79. Jumpmasters ensured ten lifts of support Soldiers safely exited from the ramp of a CASA 212 aircraft and maintained currency for airborne status. The operation went as planned with beautiful weather and provided another opportunity for Support Soldiers across USASOC to network and intermingle.

Following the operation, during chute shake, the AGCRA Iron Mike Chapter provided burgers, hot dogs, chips, and water as they spoke with AG Soldiers about the benefits of Chapter membership and involvement. It was a great time with great people!

Special thanks to LTC Liz Kent, the 1SFC(A) G1, MAJ Patrick Davis, Chapter President, and the Iron Mike Chapter Executive Council for collaborating to make this event possible. Airborne!
